How does it work?
After having a discussion about what your perfect property is - taking into consideration location, size, decor, style and preference; we will use our network of vendors to hand pick the perfect property for you. These properties will not be on the open market and therefore you will not be disappointed seeing the same properties over and over again. Using our expert team of property professionals we can even advise on buying properties which need work doing to develop further into that perfect home - potentially even adding value to said home.
What does the open market mean?
The open market is where all the properties are listed, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation or OntheMarket. When you are dealing with properties on the open market, they are viewed countless times by individuals who are looking for their new home. This often means the best properties are snapped up by active buyers OR said perfect property may only come on the market once in a while.
What can you expect from us?
As a client we want you to expect the upmost service from us at all times -we will be delivering:
Regular updates of which properties we have found, enquired about and sourced.
We aim to provide 3 Properties which you might be interested in over a period of 4 months.
We will use our network of vendors, marketing and advertisements to source said Properties.
We only work with a handful of clients regularly which means we can provide a personalised service.

We are confident enough in our service that if we cannot find a property you like within the 4 month period we will not charge you a penny. Giving you peace of mind during your property searching experience.
Our service is provided to clients who want a property of a value of £500,000 and above and at a flat fee of 1% or a minimum or £5000 + VAT.
Why is this beneficial to Vendors too?
When selling your property through an agent you will be charged a fee for the finding of a buyer. By coming through a Buying Agency you will not pay a fee for the sale of your home, allowing a select few individuals of buyers to view your property.
