With a strong passion for property and a deep understanding of the market, Sami started his business in 2009 with a mission to provide a more personalised and innovative approach to property transactions. Over the years, he has built a reputation for excellence, leveraging his expertise to help clients achieve their goals and exceed their expectations. In addition to his technical skills, Sami is a natural leader with a strategic vision and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Sophie is a seasoned property manager here at MECS, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining beautiful properties. In 2022, she was honoured with an Allagents Gold Award for her outstanding dedication to customer service, making her an invaluable asset to our team. As a skilled communicator and problem-solver, Sophie is dedicated to ensuring that our tenants are happy and that our properties are well-maintained. In addition to her technical skills, Sophie is a people person at heart. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile ensure that our tenants always feel valued and supported. We're proud to have Sophie as a part of our team, her skills and expertise help us continue to provide exceptional service to our tenants and maintain our properties to the highest standard.

Melissa Langham

Property Manager

Melissa has been in property since 2011 and in 2015 achieved her NFOPP Level 3 Qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management. She an experienced Property Manager specialising in residential lettings, dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient management of rental properties. With a strong background in the lettings industry, she possesses in-depth knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends. Her goal as a Property Manager is to provide exceptional service, maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships, and maximise the profitability and value of the properties under her care.

Sara is a vibrant and fashion forward thinking 21 year old with an undeniable passion for all things fashion and property. Sara is the go to with any enquiries here at MECS and will be more than happy to advise on any queries one might have. We like to call her the Right hand woman of MECS.
