The Offer:

We feel that by lowering the set up fee to only £1 it will vastly help new landlords to get started in this industry.

1. It’s for managed properties only at 12% PCM management fee
2. FREE annual inspection and the checkout report.
3. FREE gas certificate per year. (If required)
4. FREE annual rent review.
